Opened a Return Case and immediately received a full refund from eBay and the case was closed before I received a return label to ship the TV back to seller. I was told by eBay I didn’t need to return the TV anymore at that point. After much communication with seller, I received a pre-paid shipping label a couple weeks later and did return the TV. Frequent but non-productive communication with seller.
