    Seller overcharged on P&P due to not checking packed price on listing. Listing said £3.99 RM Tracked 48 so no need to see details. I made offer for all 5 with autopay on acceptance but 50p more P&P added per item despite all 5 posting for same £3.39 RM rate as 1 costs. She refunded £1 instead of £2 & said had to charge for new box & packaging. She charged me £4.99 inc £1.60 for reused box & old, tatty packaging. Refused to help when I gave her a chance to make it right

    P&p was preset up when item was listed. At beginning buyer said she didn't see it & payment was made by eBay automatically then accused us for changing the p&p charges AFTER item sold/ended which was a mission impossible! Offered her £2.5 discount+an additional £1 partial refund to compensate for the postage but not happy. Offered free return and refund but she refused claiming that she didn't want to waste us return postage. Threatened to leave neg fd if we didn't give her more money. UNFAIR!

    As I said, postage preset with £1 extra for every pot despite all 5 posting for RM Tracked 48 £3.39 Small Parcel rate. Something I didn't know until I received item. I never asked the seller for more than the £2 I was overcharged for £5.99 postage when payment was made instead of £3.39 actual. It seemed stupid to ask seller to send me a £3.50 return label rather than £1 excess P&P. In accordance with ebay rules I had to make contact before I left non-positive feedback. Seller unfair not me.
