I knew it was a remanufacture product, but the product I received was different from the photo and had many scratches, and the filter was dirty and torn in places. I contacted the seller , but they said there was no problem.

The drill bits arrived well packaged and safely. They are exactly what was described.
They seem to be swaged on vs other fastening so their longevity is unknown.
One thing I suggest is that they should have SAE (11/64) markings vs the metric (4.5) that is on these.
