bought the Huawei phone in July 2023 as advertised as new & one year warranty. When the charging issue arose, contacted Huawei who confirmed that the warranty had already expired on 01 March 2021. So it is not a new phone but an outdated phone; the one year warranty is totally misleading. The term warranty is a guarantee given by the manufacturer rather than by the sellers.

Had to return the phone back because my elderly mother-in-law just wasn't happy with it, but the model itself is really good for old people to use.
