The seller is fine, shipped in good time. I ordered 2 figurines and they took them out of the original packaging and crushed them together to fit into a smaller box. That should have been mentioned! I would have paid more for them to be shipped properly. The item quality itself was 3/5. Not great but priced appropriately. Seems like these were the quality control rejects from the original batch.
