Excellent stick hoover looks brand new and with 2 years warranty I have had many hoovers Dyson included over the years I'm a pensioner and love this vacuum it is easy and lightweight to use, has great suction power picks up everything easily which many other hoovers didn't especially cat hairs, it also has great manoeuvrability and the lights are a bonus. My son said it is great for cleaning the car. Brilliant price I can't rate this vacuum cleaner highly enough.

Item description dosent match whats included in the box. When i pointed this out instead of admitting they did a mistake they directed me to the manual misses the point. They lied in the advert. It does not come with a long hose that they claim it does in the description and there a picture with a hose which makes you think its included.misleading marketing.nothing about this product sets it apart from competition. Suction power is sub par.only positive was delivery was super fast.
