Purtroppo la confezione è arrivata nella busta della posta e la scatola che contiene la bava di lumaca era tutta aperta e il barattolo non era chiuso bene quindi è uscita anche un po' di bava. Non credo sia colpa del venditore ma della consegna. Adesso userò la bava e spero che sia come la volevo. Se lo sarà continuerò ad acquistarla, l'importante è che dite a chi consegna la merce di consegnarla per bene altrimenti mettetela anziché in una busta in una scatola più grande e robusta.

Vous avez choisi un envoi dans une enveloppe à bulles et non un envoi dans un carton (c'est un peu plus cher). Je suis désolée qu'un peu de produit se soit échappé. Pour vos prochains achats, privilégiez un envoi dans un carton, ainsi le produit sera bien protégé.
