    A joy to build and looks good too.

    The Metcalfe kit is quite easy to build with very little cutting required. The completed station looks very realistic and feels very solid with no flimsyness. Metcalfe's window detail that gives a 3D effect. The building instruction sheets are particularly worthy of praise.

    Metcalf Country station 00 card kit

    I'm delighted with this kit, it arrived quickly and has been easy, if fiddly, to assemble. It looks good and I have been able to add lighting for extra realism. A link to the matching platform kit would have been useful. Not quite finished so no pictures.

    Excellent.

    Really impressed with the quality of the kit, went together easily and looks great. Getting the windows just right is a little tricky, but I soon got the hang of it. I’d read that people say the chimney pots are hard to make, but I found them really easy. I will certainly be buying other Metcalfe kits in the future. I’ve added LEDs to mine, which look great.

    Excellent model station for 00 gauge layout.

    The quality & finish for the price can’t be beat. No painting required. Just follow the instructions for building & gluing and it produces a really sturdy well made building which is true to character for a station building of the type. Excellent product.
