    I am not blaming the sender for this but the postage price I thought was a little high and it took twice as long to be delivered to me as another item I purchased a week earlier from another seller in Tokyo, the delivery tracking did not work either.     The product arrived much faster than I anticipated. At first, we had an issue regarding the address line because it was written in Korean but the seller contacted me right away to handle it and it was resolved within a day. I do think that the product I got is an original Disney piece (I scanned the QR code and it directed me to the Disney Japan site) but the quality is not as good as I expected it to be. I think that is a problem with Disney Japan, not the seller.

    The seller is very unprofessional and rude. My order was not received until weeks after the expected arrival date and the seller was no help, just said it takes a long time and to continue waiting. When it finally did get here, I no longer needed it and contacted the seller. She said to ship it back and I would be refunded. Now that I have shipped the item back and notified the seller, she states she will NOT be refunding me even though the item was sent and to stop contacting her. SCAMMER

    As for us, you hoped for arrangement of the return. However, an answer came when I asked eBay because you did not readily do cooperation of the return when I did not need to refund you it in an official document from eBay. And communication came when this case terminated. I only judged eBay to see the exchanges of my and your message.
