This is a mixed review. I had great after sales communication from the vendor, and the 'sent' notification was speedy. Unfortunately it appears the item got lost in transit. When I contacted the vendor they very quickly responded saying they would provide a full refund, which was processed almost immediately. So, no item, but great customer service. Many thanks. :)
