Payment
All items purchased via eBay must be paid within 5 days unless otherwise agreed with the Go Shop account manager - Any items that are not paid within this time frame will have to go through the resolution centre as a non-paid item which may result in a strike against your account.
We accept secure payments over the telephone by calling 01473 276431 - Lines are open Mon-Fri from 8am until 4pm.
 
 
Stock
All stock is despatched from our own warehouse but at times items that appear on eBay may be out of stock - We do everything in our power to update stock availability to ensure customer satisfaction.
If your item is unfortunately out of stock we will contact you via eBay to inform you and if the stock is due in soon you have the option to wait or cancel or alternatively have another product - If the item you have ordered is obsolete we will cancel the order and refund you within 2 working days.
 
Delivery
All parcels on our standard delivery service will be delivered within 2-3 working days to Mainland UK.
Pallet delivery orders for heavy items are delivered by various carriers. No assistance will be given by the driver to move the item into your property.
All orders on our express service will be delivered within 1-2 working days to Mainland UK only.
Please note that we are allowed to legally hold orders for upto 24hours before despatch.
 
Returns policy details:
 
All new items sold come with a minimum 12 month warranty. Some manufacturers do offer a longer time period on warranties and this will be mentioned in the listing. Faulty items will be dealt with directly through the individual manufacturer or through our company where applicable.
 
All our items are listed with a full description of the fault and it is your responsibility to fully read the listing.
 
In the event of a product fault, please check the manufacturer's operating instructions and items such as the plug and batteries before contacting our Customer Services Department. At this time please make sure you have your invoice with details of your date of purchase and details of the product fault before calling.
 
Important Note: The guarantee specifically does not include faults caused by accident, poor maintenance or misuse. Poor performance due to external factors such as signal quality and interference are not accepted as suitable reasons for return. Please check all components such as remotes, batteries and plugs in line with manufacturers' strict guidelines to be found in all instruction manuals before raising a complaint. If an item is returned without fault or is out of the period of the manufacturers guarantee all products will be returned back to you and the cost of delivery charged to your account.
 
If you need to make a return, you must contact us first so that we can arrange for the item to be collected. Items not returned via our returns process will not be authorised or credited or replaced.
Please return item in its’ original box & packaging. If you no longer have these you must return the item in a suitable strong box and packaging to ensure it doesn't get damaged in transit. If we do receive the item back damaged due to unsuitable packaging or lack of, NO credit/refund or replacement will be offered. Even if the item was faulty.
 
If you have ordered an item by mistake you can still make a return but there will be a 15% re-stocking fee. Also the item must be unused and in it’s original packaging.

I did put it in a box and they did send the returns label through the post as they didn’t want it done through eBay’s returns service. Having said all of this, the person I spoke to (Steve) was very polite, responded straight away and the clock was returned for a full refund. Sadly no clock but everything else was easy so still positive

    Great little TV

    We wanted a light weight tv so we could leave it on our wall bracket when traveling in the motorhome and this TV is ideal for our situation. I am very satisfied with the picture and sound quality and also being 12volt we can now have TV on when wild camping. I am of the older generation so my idea of picture and sound quality may differ from others. If you are not fussy and want something that is not bulky and easy to use then this is the TV for you. I am very happy with our purchase.

    Cello 16" TV

    We bought this TV as a kitchen unermounted TV. The plus points are that it has a good clear picture, is easy to set up, comes with an optical and VGA connection and also a DVD drive. The one big negative point is the poor sound. Even with bases right up it still sounds like someone talking into / through a tin can.

    I should have ordered a MUCH larger TV!

    It is too small - I should have ordered a much larger one. This a very good little TV but much too small for my kitchen. It must be my fault that I did not order a much larger one. I cannot fault the TV.
