Focus and resolution of the photos allowed me to closely see that there were no scratches or damage. These detailed photos are much appreciated! Item was packaged well and shipped the following business day. USPS Ground Advantage shipping was very slow and arrived late - took 9 Days, but without damage. The item was "On Sale" and was an excellent value. Thanks very much.

    The listing was inaccurate, the seller did not include the charger as indicated in the listing. It's OK though, the radio arrived quickly and it works just fine. The seller did apologize for the item not matching the description, however, there is an expectation that the description is accurate, which is what I used to justify the purchase price. At the end of the day, it's all good and this seller made an honest mistake.

    The packaging in the shipping made the item really secure. The item arrived in really good condition and has been exactly as described. I also think the traction device was an excellent value for the cost compared to what you would pay a medical retailer. The shipping cost makes sense given the weight of the item and the size.
