This is a great pen display. Currently (in 2022), this is the only 4K pen display by XP-PEN. I hope they bring out larger screen sizes. The Artist Pro 16, Pen Display is under the radar, however, I got it as it supports 4K. I needed this resolution as my main PC monitor is also 4K, so I did n't want different resolutions. I can also use it as a regular second monitor, however, I notice that the display is a little darker. There are adjustments, but I have not played with. The nearest equivalent from Wacom is the Cintiq Pro 16 (which supports 4K), which is a lot more expensive. I used the XP-Pen Artist Pro for business purposes, such as for marking up PDF documents and note taking, so it is great for that. I have not used it for drawing or illustrations. I do own the Wacom Cintiq 16 (which is HD version). With hand writing, I noticed lines were jagged, so felt a 4K pen display would be smoother. It has worked well for me and I am pleased. I had not heard of XP-PEN brand, so was worried. The item is well made. It has a slight gloss to the display, compared to the Wacom. The Wacom also has a pen holder. In terms of installation. I have tried it both a PC and a laptop. You will need a PC with a dual HDMI output (if you a monitor and XP-Pen display) or a PC, where the USB-C port supports graphics out (it will not work with regular USB ports). You also need a power socket. You must n't loose the cables, as they seem to be very specific to this pen display. So if you need longer cables it can be a pain. (the main issue are the ports on the pen display, the design makes it hard to use alternative products). I have tried this product in portrait mode (which works better with A4 documents), but you need third party stand. Recommended. Read full review
