This seller went WAY above and beyond with this one! The first item sent was absolutely destroyed by USPS... crushed beyond repair. I contacted the seller and instead of blowing me off and saying "sorry there is nothing I can do", they sent me their own, PERSONAL item free of charge as well as a box with return label to send the crushed item back!
