I was very disappointed as the article did not arrive. It was not sent from Germany as announced. I did not get information about the delay - first later and then the article was in GB, anI should pay toll and taxes before I could recieve! I contacted Verkäufer by mail and had to accept to pay before the article could be sent to me. I got my expenses returned but it was a very bad experience!! And no kind of extra compensation to me for all the anxieties, trouble and communication.

Wir bedauern die Erfahrung von nielnoergaar0 sehr. Leider war das Produkt in Europa nicht auf Lager, so dass unser System es automatisch auf den Bestand in Großbritannien umgestellt hat, was erst bemerkt wurde, als der Zoll unseren Kunden kontaktierte. Wir haben versucht, die Angelegenheit zu klären und die Zollkosten zu übernehmen, aber leider hatte dies bereits eine Menge Stress verursacht. Wir freuen uns, dass unser Kunde den Artikel erhalten hat, aber wir bedauern diese Erfahrung.
