Unfortunately, the goods arrived in a damaged state. The plastic cover of the tape had been crushed thereby preventing the tape from being able to be "played" in the video machine. I attempted to repair the case using tape, but this failed to enable the product to be used. I accept that the damage probably occurred in transit. I believe the damage could have been avoided if rigid cardboard packing had been used. Is it possible for you to send me a replacement, please? Regards, Peter Hill.

    Faulty goods

    Did not work,only slipped. I asked for a returns envelope and was refused. Asked for a new one so that I ccould return the faulty one in the same packet and was refused. was worth a fiver to know not to use this supplier again. They felt 'very cold' in their replies to me.

    VHS Video Head Cleaner Tape

    I had some old VHSs that had been stored in a slightly damp cellar for many years. Consequently there was a little mould on the tape, which obviously blocked the heads. The Cleaner Tape sorted this out no problem. A great relief!

    Great product

    Had been using a VCR tape that was lying about a long time in bad conditions. Headx werd badly oxidised. Used in the dry method first but didn't work. When used in wet method, worked immediately. Great job.
