I brought the dress to the cleaner to get cleaned and they advised it would cost $50 to try and remove the stains which I declined. You contacted me the following Monday after item was worn, got a partial refund from eBay of which I just found out. The dress was worn and you wanted to return it, is why decision was made to not honor return and refund.
