Payment
All items purchased via eBay must be paid within 5 days unless otherwise agreed with the Go Shop account manager - Any items that are not paid within this time frame will have to go through the resolution centre as a non-paid item which may result in a strike against your account.
We accept secure payments over the telephone by calling 01473 276431 - Lines are open Mon-Fri from 8am until 4pm.
 
 
Stock
All stock is despatched from our own warehouse but at times items that appear on eBay may be out of stock - We do everything in our power to update stock availability to ensure customer satisfaction.
If your item is unfortunately out of stock we will contact you via eBay to inform you and if the stock is due in soon you have the option to wait or cancel or alternatively have another product - If the item you have ordered is obsolete we will cancel the order and refund you within 2 working days.
 
Delivery
All parcels on our standard delivery service will be delivered within 2-3 working days to Mainland UK.
Pallet delivery orders for heavy items are delivered by various carriers. No assistance will be given by the driver to move the item into your property.
All orders on our express service will be delivered within 1-2 working days to Mainland UK only.
Please note that we are allowed to legally hold orders for upto 24hours before despatch.
 
Returns policy details:
 
All new items sold come with a minimum 12 month warranty. Some manufacturers do offer a longer time period on warranties and this will be mentioned in the listing. Faulty items will be dealt with directly through the individual manufacturer or through our company where applicable.
 
All our items are listed with a full description of the fault and it is your responsibility to fully read the listing.
 
In the event of a product fault, please check the manufacturer's operating instructions and items such as the plug and batteries before contacting our Customer Services Department. At this time please make sure you have your invoice with details of your date of purchase and details of the product fault before calling.
 
Important Note: The guarantee specifically does not include faults caused by accident, poor maintenance or misuse. Poor performance due to external factors such as signal quality and interference are not accepted as suitable reasons for return. Please check all components such as remotes, batteries and plugs in line with manufacturers' strict guidelines to be found in all instruction manuals before raising a complaint. If an item is returned without fault or is out of the period of the manufacturers guarantee all products will be returned back to you and the cost of delivery charged to your account.
 
If you need to make a return, you must contact us first so that we can arrange for the item to be collected. Items not returned via our returns process will not be authorised or credited or replaced.
Please return item in its’ original box & packaging. If you no longer have these you must return the item in a suitable strong box and packaging to ensure it doesn't get damaged in transit. If we do receive the item back damaged due to unsuitable packaging or lack of, NO credit/refund or replacement will be offered. Even if the item was faulty.
 
If you have ordered an item by mistake you can still make a return but there will be a 15% re-stocking fee. Also the item must be unused and in it’s original packaging.

    A brand new vacuum in a damaged box.

    This is our third Sebo cleaner, our original one being 25 years old and starting to show its age, so it has been relegated to cleaning the cars. We use the second in our business and bought this new one for our own home. Debo make great vacuum cleaners and we would not use anything else. I bought this one as an ex-display item, but it looked brand new and unused when I unpacked it, just damage to the box and packing material. Works fine and a good saving. Thanks Hughes!!

    Amazing Vacuum Cleaner

    I am so annoyed that I didn't try this cleaner years ago! It is amazing! I have four cats and tackling litter was always a problem, well not with this, my older cleaner, a very well known expensive brand, would be ok until switched off....all the litter would then fall out! I am honestly blown away with this vacuum cleaner. I bought an extension hose to reach up the stairs as the cleaner is fairly heavy & awkward to hold & vacuum at the same time. Vacuuming thick carpets/rugs can be tough going as the suction is so strong so probably not suitable for elderly or weak people. It leaves carpets looking deep cleaned! It beats all the other big brands out there and is well worth the price...I love it! 👍🙂

    Sebo worth every penny

    great quality and so clean to live with this will last many years . never want another bagless machine ever, emptying is so easy and so clean . The high quality of this machine has to be seen and is worth every penny, wish I had know about Sebo years ago but I will enjoy owning this top rated machine.
