The item received was exactly as advertised. It is a good price and makes a decent sized cup of drinking chocolate, tea or coffee. I bought one in December and both my sisters admired them. I ordered another two but unfortunately they were out of stock, until January or February. I asked if they could email when they were back in stock which they agreed to. I received an email in January and went ahead and ordered the extra mugs. I also ordered one for my best friend after she saw my mug. ☺️
