To start, customer service was good after I received what I can only hope was a faulty batch of capsules, and refunded promptly for this unsatisfactory product, so I'm giving them a positive feedback. *The product, however, was very poor quality* These capsules were in a factory sealed foil bag but upon opening bag it was seen that virtually all the capsules were half empty, some had come apart spilling contents after packaging, there were odd empty part capsules, and less than stated quantity
