I received my bottle of this and it was opened, in the advert it was advertised as “brand new”, I attempted to get seller to send a new one as it was meant to be a present for my partner this weekend, the seller didn’t send me a new one and now I have no present to give my partner. I am appalled by the customer service I have received as it is not a cheap item it cost me nearly £14, will never use this seller again

The "shoulders" of the bottle were very dirty, and the whole bottle was covered in greasy fingerprints. Seller gave a 10% refund, but even after 3 times of asking, was unable to explain how this happened on a supposedly NEW item. After two previous similar incidents, that is worrying. I will not buy here again.
