    Beware of this seller. I received the order in a good time, but the ICs had not been packaged well. They were not firmly attached to the foam and had come loose during transit. I received a plastic bag full of IC's with very bent pins. I asked for at least a partial refund becasue 80% of the IC's were not usable. Seller argued and blamed the shipping company - note the seller is responsible for shipping. Would only give refund if I gave a positive review. Seller did not refund the agreed amount.
