Didn’t matter too much to me as it’s far from a high end camper conversion, still happy with the product.

This is not the vendors fault, but the vendor select the delivery courier, and the courier in this instance was bad, said they had tried to deliver and the picture was not even close some random address. Eventually delivered, but ideally required this item 3 days earlier, but that is couriers for you. Anyhow communication with vendor was good, and the item eventually arrived.

I'm really thinking of not buying products from ebay sellers anymore who use Every for their delivery's. I had let the seller know how the item arrived & it took over 36 hours for them to reply to my complaint. It came with the hose clips as advertised and fitted a treat. I would use the seller again. the packaging was good and although slightly expensive. the service was 100%.
