'You, Your' - The Customer/Consumer
'Contract' - Means any order of goods by the Customer that is
accepted by Us.
'Goods' - Any Goods forming the subject of a Contract including
parts of, or materials incorporated in, them as more particularly described upon this Website.
3. Prices and Payment
· The Price of the Goods is set out on the Website and on the confirmation of order. The price is in Great Britain Pounds Sterling and includes all taxes or other duties due, including Value Added Tax.
· Pricing Errors: In the event that there is a misprint or pricing error on the website then UK Bathroom Store will not be bound to honour any orders made at that price.
· Delivery is available to all UK mainland addresses. Customers living in some remote rural areas should note some delivery services are either extended by 2 working days, or in some instances not available at all.
· Delivery to Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly, Jersey, Guernsey and BFPO addresses may be possible but will incur additional costs but these are displayed in the quote. If your postcode, area or country is not listed or not able to be quoted then please ring for advice and shipping prices.
5. Delivery Schedule
· We will endeavor to despatch your order immediately although delivery times for some products can vary, estimates are shown next to each product but this should not be taken as a guaranteed delivery date. We will contact you regarding your delivery to confirm a date.
We recommend that all goods are checked within 48 hours of delivery to ensure that we have adequate time to replace anything that is not satisfactory or correct any shortages. You have 30 days to inspect the goods for any faults or damage, after this period we can only replace goods and not offer a full refund.
· We strongly recommend you do not book any installers or Tradesmen until the goods have been received and checked for damage or shortages.
· Standard Pallet Delivery is a road side one man service, and assistance may be required from the customer, if you have opted for the upgraded service then a two man delivery will be provided and the goods will be unloaded to a room of your choice.
· Orders that are cancelled after despatch by us are subject to any return collection charges incurred.
7. Returns & Refunds Policy
· Pursuant to the Consumer Rights Act, if you are not satisfied with the order or you have changed your mind, you may return it within 30 days for a refund, you are liable for the cost of the return. The cost of the original standard postage will be refunded but not any upgraded services opted for such as Next Day. You will need to fill in a Returns form which can be downloaded here RETURNS FORM (click the link and then choose File and Save As), or e-mailed to you from customer service.
· They should be well packed and adequate insurance taken with your chosen courier, they should be returned with your original invoice to:-
The items must be returned unused and in resellable condition, including the original retail packaging. Fair deductions can be made to the refund if the item arrives back in a condition such that we cannot sell it as new or the packaging is missing or damaged.
Your goods must be checked for damage or shortage within 30 days of delivery, after this time we will not able to provide a refund for these items.
Once the item has been fitted or installed or attempted to be fitted or installed it is deemed that you have accepted those goods and we will not be able to replace goods as "damaged in transit" or "faulty" unless the fault is such that it could not have been seen before installation.
8. Extent of Liability
· We will not be liable to you for any loss or damage which you suffer as a result of any breach by us of this contract, including, but not limited to, consequential loss to you and/or loss or damage to the property of third parties. In any event our liability to you arising directly from our negligence will not exceed the invoice value of the Goods. Nothing in this clause will limit our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence. This clause does not affect your statutory rights.
· We make every effort to ensure that this Website is free from viruses or defects. However, we cannot guarantee that your use of this Website or any website accessible through it will not cause damage to your computer. It is your responsibility to provide adequate protection for your equipment which you use to access this Website. We will not be liable to you or to anyone else for any loss or damage which may be caused to any equipment arising as a result of your use of this Website.
9. Law and Jurisdiction
· The contract shall be governed by English law and we and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you access the Website from locations outside of England and Wales you are responsible for complying with any laws applicable to that territory.

12. Privacy Policy
Information we gather from you is never divulged to any third parties, unless as a requirement of fulfilling your order. We may use your details to advise you of special offers or major changes at UKBathroomStore.
We do not store or share any financial information with third parties.
13. How the Contract is Formed Between You and Us
13.1
After placing an order with us you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a product. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. The contract between us (Contract) will only be formed when we dispatch your items.
13.2
The Contract will relate only to those Products we dispatch to you. We will not be obliged to supply any other Products which may have been part of your order unitl those Products become available to us for dispatch.
