Arrived promptly and in one piece! Good price, carriage a little steep but it is a heavy item. Given as an anniversary present (yes, it was requested!) and she loves it! Got it on our new stove and once proved set it to work on some potato baking. Takes a little patience but it produces results. Might try opening slightly to allow more crisping of the skin.

    Large potato oven

    I've given this product 4 out of 5, as I wish it had the lock on it like the smaller one. This gives you potatoes like your nan used to cook! Lovely! I've also used mine in my pizza oven, as it runs a lot hotter I microwaved the spuds for 4 mins first then put them in, after 30 mins the results were a lovely crisp jacket, and puffy insides. This is perfect as I leave the oven 30 mins to get up to temp for cooking pizza! The large one is hard to handle in a pizza oven, as the only handle is on the lid. Ok for opening, but not for moving. Although it is being used for something it wasn't totally designed for!

    A great addition to our workshop !

    We have a joinery workshop and have a wood burner in it... we pop the potatoes in the baker around 11 and they are gorgeously ready to eat at 1.30... all the team love it... thanks so much ! Highly recommend it !! x

    Great product, useful and great fun

    Already baked twice several delicious potatoes. But need to work out how to get rid of the taste of old oil which seems to stay in the cooker. Will try to heat it up again empty as we possibly did not do it long enough at the beginning. Great product.
