Item was ordered and delivered fine but when I received the item there wasn't the amount of cables in there i was told there should be. I contacted the seller and was told, 'would you like to keep the item' to which I said 'yes' and that was it. I guess in ths sellers eyes even though I hadn't recieved what I ordered it was closed. You didn't reply. I waited about 3 days and then you decided to raise a return. Which you did & got a refund. What you really wanted was for me to say "Just keep it. I'll refund you". I'm not going to do it. I find this happens more frequently; the threat of negative feedback leads to getting something for nothing. This about 2 missing start leads in a box of about 20 various cables. This feedback has been left 2 months later.
