It is worth the money; it is an ingenious educational tool that can be added to make other tools like a bandsaw, milling machine or pillar drill. It is the smallest product available for turning, and I have limited space. However, it is very limited in application and is only practical for making small parts main use being modelling. Only suitable for non-ferrous, no chance with steel. Made in China.
