    Item does not work. Does not stop voltage like it is supposed too. I contacted seller and said the item does not work as described they responded by pasteing and copying the description from the eBay ad as instructions. Their customer service is a joke and they are not crediting my account. I am now going to get pay pal involved. Stay away from this company and save your money and time.
