My ring arrived and it was perfect, the quality was quite good. I’ve had it for two days and its now broken. I messaged the seller and she said there isn’t anything she can do and I need to speak to eBay, which is not true. Cheap jewelry and not worth the money. Do NOT buy from this seller!!!!!!!!! I was disappointed to read this as what you have said isn’t true. As you said the ring was perfect and youd worn it for a couple of days, you admitted you had possibly caught it on something and snapped it. The picture you sent shows the knot still intact and the area where you had snapped it, if it arrived damaged or broken I would of refunded/resent but to expect me to do it when you broke the item yourself isn’t fair. Ebay did tell me to tell you to contact them as it was broken by yourself
