The purchased item was as described at a very good price however It took UPS 3 days to deliver my package after multiple times given for each day which changed throughout the day. On day 1 a map was available showing the drivers location and despite showing the van in my road the delivery never happened. The map then vanished with a message saying it was no longer available.
The UPS app was mostly useless giving little information other than the frequently changing times.
