I bought this fountain because it was beautiful, and I have not ever seen one like it. It was shipped perfect. Extra wrapping, bubble wrap, and bigger box around it all to ensure item wasn’t damaged. I had issue (no fault to seller) contacted seller about issues, very responsive, and tried to help with the whole process. My item was exactly as pictured and described.
