I purchased a book from this seller on Jan 16th, the seller shipped the book on Jan 22nd. The book never arrived, last location being Philadelphia. After repeated requested to the seller to trace and place a claim with the post office for this book, the seller has been unresponsive and refuses to refund the cost of the book. Seller stated that their money had been held by eBay. As a purchaser, I should not have to pay for an item I never received. Very unhappy with this transaction.

In as much we will be paying back for a book shipped and shipping fee. It is well. We did send your book and it was shipped which you can traced to Philadelphia, thank God for good responses from other buyers. We responded and we did visit the post office. We did our best to trace it but the post office said you as buyer should have insured it. All things being equal, we are paying you. But have it in you that we shipped your book and we do have our receipt for that. Thank you.
