Very disappointed with the customer service. I originally ordered these with the radiator from the same seller but ordered the incorrect valve type. I understand it had been over the 30 day refund period but the item was in its original box sealed; I was only interested in a straight exchange from a straight>corner valve. The customer service was extremely poor; this matter could quite easily have been resolved in a productive manner.
