Hello , I received a big white bag , when I opened it , it had a flowered dress inside . Somebody took my shipping label and stuck it on that bag. When I went to the post office this morning , they told me to contact the sender , which is you. I told them it had to be done when it was in USPS . they told me no it couldn't happen, BUT IT DID !!!
