Good points are I like the ball head and the overall design, I’m using it with a GoPro 11 black , Bad points are the pole is pulled out and kept output with just friction it can’t be locked into a desired length.Which means it’s tends to close down at the slightest touch, I can’t see how it would support a camera of the weight it says it can, It would just collapse

Thank you great service .only advice I would give is speak to your couriers ..as the package was left almost out my letter box he couldn't be bothered to push through ..and could easily have been stollen ...he could have rung Bell..but this is at the fault if courier ..the item uts self was excellent .....thank you .
