    item not received, tracking invalid & seller refuses to refund. i contacted the seller a few weeks ago to say item has not been received with no response. i contacted them again a week later & i am told that i should of contacted them sooner if i wanted a refund & they cannot help me anymore. i have been in hospital & seller ignored my previous messages. as a seller myself, it is very wrong to refuse a refund when an item has not been delivered. not a seller that can be trusted.
