I reached out but they said the 30 days had passed so they wouldn't accept the return. They also assured me that I recieved the correct item. I ordered A27CGD25C016 which should have had a 480V coil. I recieved A27CGF40B040 which has a 240V coil. Pictures speak for themselves...Reply from: compressorcomponents- Feedback replied to by seller compressorcomponents.- Feedback replied to by seller compressorcomponents.After explaining to the buyer that a few of these I received had boxes damaged in shipping, Eaton sent me a few replacement boxes that were prelabeled. Instead of sending out a new product in a tattered box, I printed out some labels and taped them on YES. The the product contained within is exactly what the buyer ordered. I am still waiting on a picture of the coil displaying the coil voltage and of the contactor overloads. But the buyer wont send those because they perfectly match his order.
