A great stress reliever whenever you need it...
The beautiful thing about this fine literary work is the ease at which you and I can apply Dale's advice immediately upon listening. Simple ways to alter our mindstate, adjust the order of importance of situations in our life, and accepting things we cannot control to remove that burden from of our backs and accept and enjoy life. The way Mr. Carnegie expands on such simple ideas makes this a very easy listen for anyone, regardless of age, background, or problems being faced. I spend 2 hours every day on my commuting and buy a lot of audio books for fun and self-improvement. After having listened Dale Carnegie's audio book "How to win friends and influence people" (8 CDs) I bought a few more audio books written by him. "How to stop worrying and start living" is the 2nd best book he wrote. It not only reduced my worries from family life, it also helped my work tremendously. With the advices from this book, I managed to shorten my business meeting time by 50% since most of problems are now can be solved before bringing up to my meetings by those field experts. Highly recommend this CD. Perhaps the some of the names of people in the CD would require research on a younger persons effort, it is worth the search to understand the context. It leaves the listener with a sense of purpose!
