received all okay and have used to make a hole for the exhaust of a diesel heater I,m currently fitting into a sturdy plastic box, which will be positioned outside. It cut through all okay up to it,s max size of 35mm, the exhaust fitting was 38mm so I carefully filed out the rest with a coarse large round file to get the size needed. Not sure how good it would be on steel, probably okay on mild steel at a low speed with plenty of cutting fluid. Good seller. AA++++
