Brilliant seller, instant dispatch within 1 hr , product exactly as described , great price, but I wouldn't swap if for my Ring I was going to replace it with, good picture quality but can be stolen in about 5 seconds , very poor quality night time viewing , only works on 2.4 ghz so evefrything else on your phone will now suffer. Ok as a spare but wouldn't have it as a main security device , available for over 3 years and still Eufy have not produced a security bracket, too flimsy by far !!

I'm not the best with technology and getting this to pair etc did not go smoothly. I think I tried pairing one device first and it would have been better the other way around. After this, it was ok to set up and the app seems to work well. The camera quality is great. When someone is there, my phone alerts me almost immediately. I was concerned about potential delay, but there is hardly any in my case. I would definitely recommend this

Unfortunately these headphones arrived faulty with no sound from left hand side out of the box. Support was prompt and helpful. However there was no local fix possible. Seller accepted return and refunded quickly. The only criticism is that original packing was poor with product box floating loose inside another box with no void fill to cushion the product. Also , I asked on two occasions to receive a replacement this ddi not happen and now the price has been hiked for some reason.
