It works but is just OK
It works but isn't the best length (as in a several inches too long for our 1999 XR 200). What we found is that the cable must rest in its most natural curvature while routing up the forks and over to the front brake lever. Unfortunately, this means (due to its slight excessive length), had to be zip-tied as it actually routes from brake hub arm --> up the forks --> around near the CLUTCH handle and then back the BRAKE Lever. We found that if we try to pull it any closer or tighter, at least to get the approximate 8" loop from flopping under the clutch lever (the part of the cable that's too long), then the cable no longer moves in the Sleeve very well. Otherwise, very happy to find a semi-affordable replacement. Due to its length and lack of movement if slightly bound-up, I would ...
