Honest and helpful Seller . Item sent was not one I'd ordered and so returned item and had no quibble refund. These Star Wars collectors are so fussy ( that'd be me !) . I'd ordered a RETRO CARDED Vader but was sent standard plastic sealed version. We are all human and not all of us can be a Jedi ( or a SITH LOL ) and mistakes are possible. Thanks again for resolving something from an issue to a solution.

I received no tracking information from the seller prior to delivery, & no reply to my request for tracking info until after I'd finally received the item. As the item was intended as a birthday gift, I had already had to source an alternative by the time it arrived.
