    Genie 2035 TKV 550 1/2 Hp chain drive garage door opener

    I installed this model months ago at my daughters house and it works very well. Is an excellent value and the cool feature is the Wifi communication. Remote operation is great. I'm installing this one at my place now.

    Beginner DIY Beware

    The installation and programming were a true challenge. I was replacing an old Craftsman. It took forever to install this. Def not for a beginner to install. Had to call tech support twice to program. I will say that now its done its IS a much smoother operating system than my old one.
