It was very obviously in different condition from description on videos forwarded. We have asked Videos to be sent of the bike so we can help. Informed the buyer what needs to be done to fix the issues and we can assist via videos. Warranty is 30 days on this bike and we still tried to help and offer videos how to rectify the issue. Buyer wants money off on an item that the warranty has finished. Warranty is for the set days provided whether an item is used or not. Unfair Feedback when we have tried to help.

Once I finally received the videos after I paid over £1K, it became obvious that the bike wasn’t as described. It sounded like an aeroplane taking off, which is suggestive of many issues. This experience was a waste of my time and money. The seller did communicate throughout and I was issued with a full refund!!! I wouldn’t buy a bike from these people. Be careful.
