So I own a few of these lenses and too be honest this helios 44-2 I received seems to be an older chassis (1960’s silver) with the not so good optics from (1980’s lens with orange tint). First off there are no purple tint to the lens finish like most of the ones from this generation, second I opened this up and inspected it and it seems to have been modified as well.
The seller was nice but if you look at my provided pictures one is over the helios that was sent clear/Orange. The other is real
