Product arrived new and in condition promised. That said, disney hat arrived in box all by itself with no added protection as many other sellers have done ( example: sealed plastic bag, extra paper to help keep shape, and/or bubble wrap.) It also took much longer than other sellers as it was 11 days from purchase to delivery date.
