The tracking didn’t update to say dispatched so when it hadn’t arrived on the planned date and hadn’t appeared to be dispatched I contacted the shop they were very friendly and helpful and assured me they had dispatched but it hadn’t update later that day it arrived and it’s beautiful can’t wait to put it in my sons Xmas eve box. It did not arrive on time but there is so many delays with Royal Mail at the moment it’s not the sellers fault Brilliant product, brilliant service.
