No product, no refund = untrustworthy seller. 3 months after order item still not arrived, no tracking info except “item despatched” and 2 weeks after requesting it still refund, just “wait 48 hours” then no further contact at all from seller and so far no help from eBay either. So much hassle for the sake of £4, surely easier to just do the right thing and refund me. I’ll obviously never use this seller again, so disappointed I trusted a seller who doesn’t care and won’t help.
