No valves included, despite the fact they were in the photograph. Given that a radiator cannot be used without them, I was informed that they don’t constitute integral parts-but not until I had to contact seller after I saw they were missing. Each reply from them took a couple of days. I asked them for help to order the valves and got no reply. So I dealt with it myself and I was charged an additional £6 for delivery which I find offensive given that I now have to pay again for a plumber!!!!!
