Fast shipping, although the item sent was a sightly different model than what was listed (it is hard to tell the models apart). It was an honest mistake, and the seller took care of the problem immediately. I would highly recommend them for their quick reply and excellent customer service! Item was listed as acceptable in condition, but other than some dust on the stand (snare stand), it was in excellent condition. Five stars :)
